I received this during my quiet time with Abba on Shabbat (Saturday), December 13th…
As I was praying and singing, all of a sudden, these words started coming into my spirit. I started writing and the next thing I knew, I had about eight pages in my small journal. These words are not from me because nothing in here contains anything I was thinking about at the time. He (Father) has given me a word about being 100% dependent on only Him before, which I shared in the study on healing a couple of weeks ago. However, there is so much more in this message and I believe, there is something in here that will speak to everyone. Please, as you read this, do not take it personally. Instead, try to look within, search your heart (Psalm 51), and see what Abba may be telling you.
It’s about simplicity!
- Not doctrine
- Not denominations
- Not people’s opinions
- Not people’s judgments
It’s about getting back to the simple, pure Word of Yahuweh as inspired by His Spirit!
And not just reading it, believing it!
How do you show your belief…through your actions, your faith!
What you spend your time on is what you love. It is your priority in life.
Are you spending time in the Word? in prayer? praying for others?
Are you teaching your children the Word and showing them what it says through your actions?
Or do you spend hours in front of the TV or on the Internet or on the phone with family/friends?
I know we all have to work and some of us have children to take care of. We do have to keep up with our responsibilities. However, we don’t have to spend more time on the other things above (TV, Phone, Internet) than we do in His Presence!
Most of these “distractions” are the cause of our “feelings” of distance from Him.
He can’t use you if you are not fully committed, if you are lukewarm, or if you have sin in your life. It’s easy to say, “Well, He knows my heart and I am a good person.”
It sounds just like the foolish virgins excuse for not having spare oil! (Matthew 25)
You can conquer sin, you can be free, you can be healed of all diseases—but, you have to really believe the whole Word and put His promises INTO ACTION through your faith!
Spend more time with Him than you do watching mindless TV or surfing the Internet, and see what happens in your life!
You can overcome anything with Him. What can your TV, Internet or phone do for you?
Sometimes we have to prove we believe—put 100% dependency in Him, leave all security of the world behind, in order to see clearly.
When someone tells you they are hurting or are sick, do you say, “I will pray for you,” when they are right in front of you or on the phone with you at that moment, or do you lay hands on them and/or pray for them right then?
How can others see His Light in you if you never show in action what you believe?
If you are popular in the world, start looking within because you won’t be pleasing to Him. He called us to be set apart as He is set apart. If you have one foot in the world and one foot in the Word, you are lukewarm. See Revelation 3:16 to see what happens to the lukewarm.
Good people, moral people, will go to the lake of fire (hell) if they aren’t born again!
As Gavin MacLeod (playing Norris Anderson) in the movie Time Changer said, “Satan is not against good morals. He is against Yahushua Messiah.” (italics is mine) If we teach “morals” without teaching why it is wrong (with the authority backing of Messiah and the Scriptures), you might have good people, but you won’t have SAVED people. Satan knows the Scriptures and even uses what he knows against us…but he is against Yahushua Messiah’s power and Father’s Spirit in us! Satan doesn’t want us to be operating in His power and using it to help others or to witness to others.
Someone in my family told me how she has met nicer atheists, who treat her right and do more humanitarian work than her hypocrite “Christian” friends who make fun of her, gossip, “stab her in the back,” etc., that she knows at her church. Another family member was bullied at her “Christian” school!
What? Seriously? How do you explain to a child that people who call themselves a “Christian,” aren’t necessarily a true believer, one who follows Him in word and in actions?
This goes back to showing His Light in our actions! These examples are two out of thousands out there, and are why some are turning away from Him.
Please, please heed this warning…put 100% dependency on/in Him, put all your trust in Him and in the Word, cleave to Him in prayer and by reading the Word, pray in the Spirit, spend time in praise and worship (even in the shower or in the car when driving), and get all sin out of your life!
Leave the world and popularity behind, stop people-pleasing, and die to your own self-will and wholeheartedly accept His will as your own!
You will be the least here on earth, but you will be the greatest in the Kingdom!
You will lose friends, but you won’t lose your salvation! Revelation 3:5
The friends you keep will be real friends, not ones that only talk to you if you do what they want or believe as they believe.
Your children and friends will see His Light in you and hopefully follow you to His Light!
You will be strongly rooted in is Word so you won’t be deceived! (Mark 13:22-23) And, you will walk with Him daily, seeing His Power work in you and through you…others will see it to and will come to believe because of what they see in you.
I pray this message will speak to everyone who reads it in some way…whether dependency/trust in Him has not been abundant in your life, you have things that need to change/be removed that He revealed to you during the reading of this message, or you know someone who needs to read this message. As He wills and who He leads….
Humbly reflect on each day in your quiet time before Him…allow Him to reveal things to you, get close to you, use you!
