Yom Teruah begins at sunset on the 26th and ends sunset on the 27th. The renewed moon of Tishre 1 (Yom Teruah 2014) was sighted from Jerusalem at the Jaffe Gate (6:51 PM) on September 26th by three witnesses (Derek, Rivkah and Yedidah).
